How these guides are produced

Each guide is drafted and fact-checked against primary sources — gov.uk, Charity Commission guidance, and NCVO — through a multi-step editorial review. Every legal point is checked against the live source before publication, and each guide carries a dated “Last reviewed” stamp so you can see how current it is.
