Why I built this
Trustees are some of our most unsung heroes — giving their evenings to keep a cause going, usually with far too much paperwork. They deserve the best tools, so I built Trustee Meetings to take the admin off their hands and let them focus on the mission.

When do we start paying?+
30-day trial, then £15 a month or £180 a year. Cancel any time in the trial. £120 a year if your charity's annual income is under £25,000. If you stop, your agendas, board packs, minutes and action logs stay readable, you can download your minutes and papers, and we’ll send you a copy of anything else if you ask. We don’t delete them unless your charity closes its workspace, or we close Trustee Meetings after giving at least 90 days’ notice.
Do our trustees have to pay anything?+
No. One payment covers your whole charity — every trustee, every meeting, however many people you invite. It comes from the charity, not from individuals, and your trustees never see a bill. Most charities handle it as a small governance cost alongside their insurance or Companies House filing.
How do we pay?+
By card at checkout, through Stripe. If your charity needs an invoice, ask us and we’ll send one.
Who qualifies for the £120 rate?+
Charities whose most recent annual income is under £25,000, as shown on the charity register or, if your charity is not registered, in its latest annual accounts. You confirm this at checkout, and we may check.
What happens to our records if we stop?+
They stay safe and they stay yours. Your agendas, board packs, minutes and action logs are your charity’s official records, and they stay readable whether or not you’re paying. You can download your minutes and papers at any time. An organiser can email us for a copy of anything you can’t download yourself, such as your action log or member list. We’ll send it within one month. If you decide to stop, your records leave with you.
Is our data safe? Who can see it?+
Your board’s records are stored securely in Ireland, in the EU, encrypted, and reachable only by the people your charity invites. We don’t use your data for anything but running the service for you, and we follow UK data protection law. If your trustees would like the details, there’s a plain-English page that walks through exactly how we protect your papers.
