Why I built this
Trustees are some of our most unsung heroes — giving their evenings to keep a cause going, usually with far too much paperwork. They deserve the best tools, so I built Trustee Meetings to take the admin off their hands and let them focus on the mission.

What happens after we’ve run our first board meeting?+
Nothing sudden, and nothing disappears. Once you’ve run a meeting from start to finish, we’ll quietly let the person who set the charity up know it’s time to decide. If you’d like to carry on, you choose how to pay — £180 for the year, or £15 a month by Direct Debit. If now isn’t the moment, your board’s records stay exactly where they are.
Do our trustees have to pay anything?+
No. One payment covers your whole charity — every trustee, every meeting, however many people you invite. It comes from the charity, not from individuals, and your trustees never see a bill. Most charities handle it as a small governance cost alongside their insurance or Companies House filing.
Can we pay by card, by invoice, or by Direct Debit?+
All three. Pay £180 for the year by card, or ask us for a proper invoice to put through your accounts. If you’d rather spread it, £15 a month by Direct Debit keeps everything running with nothing to remember. We’ll set whichever you choose up with you after your first meeting — both come to the same amount, with no premium for paying monthly.
What if £180 is a stretch for our charity?+
We don’t want money to be the reason a small charity goes without. If your annual income is under £25,000, it’s £120 — just tell us after you’ve had a look around and we’ll sort it, with no awkward questions. And if even that’s a stretch, write to us; we’d rather have you on board.
What happens to our records if we stop?+
They stay safe and they stay yours. Your agendas, board packs, minutes and action logs are your charity’s official records — we never lock them or delete them on a clock. You can download everything, any time, in formats you can open anywhere. If you decide to stop, your records leave with you.
Is our data safe? Who can see it?+
Your board’s records are stored securely in the UK, encrypted, and reachable only by the people your charity invites. We don’t use your data for anything but running the service for you, and we’re compliant with UK data protection law.
